Problem Based Learning: Application as an Effort to Increase Activeness and Critical Thinking Skills of Class IV Elementary School Students

Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui apakah dalam mengaplikasikan model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Subjek yang digunakan ialah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 2 Bojong memiliki jumlah 23 siswa, terdiri dari 15 laki-laki sisanya perempuan berjumlah 8 Jenis dipakai Penelitian Tindakan Kelas jenis Classroom Research dengan menggunakan Kemmis & McTaggart. tindakan diterapkan sejumlah siklus, yaitu pra siklus I, II. Per-siklus 4 tahap, yakni perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, refleksi. dilakukan pada semester II tahun ajaran 2020/2021. teknik penghimpunan data tes non tes, sedangkan instrumen memakai soal uraian, lembar observasi, rubrik. Teknik analisis oleh peneliti deskriptif komparatif. Hasil kondisi mula-mula atau dicapai terhitung 37,93%. Siklus I 60,82% mengalami kenaikan menjadi sebanyak 76,02%. Sedangkan saat KKM sudah memenuhi syarat diakumulasikan rata-rata 63,78 telah meningkat 82,30. Oleh sebab itu, kesimpulan bahwa bisa ditingkatkan cara menerapkan Learning.
